Breakfast meetings are in February, April, August, October and December. Lunch meetings are in January, March, May, September and November.

Breakfast meetings feature in-depth presentations of advanced concepts and timely topics frequently given by nationally recognized experts and speakers.

Lunch meetings follow a "Planned Giving 101" format, with 10 topics presented over a two year cycle. A person who attends all lunch meetings for two years should receive a broad education in planned giving, with each session proving useful knowledge and skills that can be put to immediate use.

In most cases, programs are expected to qualify for professional continuing education credits. Speakers are required to supply a comprehensive outline; attendance is kept on record, and in all sessions, questions and attendee interaction with presenters is encouraged. However, the Planned Giving Round Table of Arizona does not pre-certify its programs with professional organizations that require advance approval for CE.
